Job Description
We are seeking a Junior area manager (m/f/d) to join our team full-time at the earliest possible date. The position is based in Düsseldorf and covers our Northern Germany sales region.
What to expect in this role:
- Supporting the Area Manager during sales phases
- Independent presentation of the collection
- Customer visits, sales training, and field service support – both independently and alongside the Area Manager
- Preparation, analysis, and evaluation of key performance indicators and reports
- Substitution for the Area Manager during absences
What you should bring:
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on fashion retail
- Initial professional experience in premium menswear retail (HAKA) is an advantage
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong organizational skills and assertiveness
- Creativity and a keen sense for fashion, product presentation, color, and style
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
