Participation<\/h3>\n<p>Participation in a competition takes place by following the rules of participation described on the respective competition page. Entry into the competition is only possible if these conditions are complied with.<\/p>\n<p>By participating, the participant confirms that they have read and agreed to the rules of the respective competition and these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Participation requires that all personal information provided is truthful. Otherwise, exclusion may occur in accordance with section 4.<\/p>\n<p>Participation is open exclusively to natural persons<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>who are at least 18 years old<\/li>\n<li>and who reside in Germany or the Netherlands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following persons are excluded from participation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>employees of Dressler Bekleidungswerke Brinkmann GmbH &amp; Co. KG<\/li>\n<li>employees of affiliated companies<\/li>\n<li>as well as all persons involved in the organization or execution of the competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Participation is only possible online and within the participation period specified on the respective competition page.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Prizes<\/h3>\n<p>The prizes available to be won are listed on the respective competition page.<\/p>\n<p>The winners will be selected at random.<\/p>\n<p>The winners will then be notified by email or telephone.<\/p>\n<p>If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of the notification or cannot be reached by phone within the same period, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.<\/li>\n<li>The prize is non-transferable.<\/li>\n<li>The prize may be handed over personally or delivered after individual agreement.<\/li>\n<li>The purchase of a product or service does not influence the chances of winning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a prize cannot be provided for reasons of availability, the organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute prize.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Early Termination of the Competition and Exclusion<\/h3>\n<p>The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, particularly if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>technical problems occur<\/li>\n<li>manipulation is detected<\/li>\n<li>hacker attacks or system malfunctions occur<\/li>\n<li>legal reasons prevent the proper execution of the competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The organizer does not guarantee the successful completion of the competition.<\/p>\n<p>Participants may be excluded from the competition if they:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>violate these terms and conditions<\/li>\n<li>provide false information<\/li>\n<li>attempt to manipulate the competition<\/li>\n<li>use unauthorized means.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In such cases, prizes may subsequently be withdrawn or reclaimed.<\/p>\n<p>If the competition is terminated, there is no entitlement to compensation or replacement.<\/p>\n<h3>5.
