1. Organizer, Participation
Any reference to a person applies to all genders.
The competition (“Competition”) is organized by:

2. Participation
Participation in a competition takes place by following the rules of participation described on the respective competition page. Entry into the competition is only possible if these conditions are complied with.
By participating, the participant confirms that they have read and agreed to the rules of the respective competition and these terms and conditions.
Participation requires that all personal information provided is truthful. Otherwise, exclusion may occur in accordance with section 4.
Participation is open exclusively to natural persons
- who are at least 18 years old
- and who reside in Germany or the Netherlands.
The following persons are excluded from participation:
- employees of Dressler Bekleidungswerke Brinkmann GmbH & Co. KG
- employees of affiliated companies
- as well as all persons involved in the organization or execution of the competition.
Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.
Participation is only possible online and within the participation period specified on the respective competition page.
3. Prizes
The prizes available to be won are listed on the respective competition page.
The winners will be selected at random.
The winners will then be notified by email or telephone.
If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of the notification or cannot be reached by phone within the same period, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
- Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
- The prize is non-transferable.
- The prize may be handed over personally or delivered after individual agreement.
- The purchase of a product or service does not influence the chances of winning.
If a prize cannot be provided for reasons of availability, the organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute prize.
4. Early Termination of the Competition and Exclusion
The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, particularly if:
- technical problems occur
- manipulation is detected
- hacker attacks or system malfunctions occur
- legal reasons prevent the proper execution of the competition.
The organizer does not guarantee the successful completion of the competition.
Participants may be excluded from the competition if they:
- violate these terms and conditions
- provide false information
- attempt to manipulate the competition
- use unauthorized means.
In such cases, prizes may subsequently be withdrawn or reclaimed.
If the competition is terminated, there is no entitlement to compensation or replacement.
5. Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of the competition will be stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and administering the competition.
The data will be stored in a separate database of the organizer.
The data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the competition.
Processing will be carried out in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR.
Participants may revoke their consent to the storage of their data at any time by contacting:

- correct inaccurate data
- request deletion

6. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
7. Rights of Use for Photo and Video Recordings
By participating in the competition, participants agree that the organizer may create and use photographs, video recordings, and other image material in connection with the competition.
These may be used in particular for:
- company websites
- social media channels
- marketing and public relations purposes.
This consent is granted for an unlimited period unless revoked by the participant.

8. Notice Regarding Advertising Platforms
This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, supported, or organized by platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or other social networks.
The recipient of the information provided by participants is exclusively the organizer of the competition, Dressler Bekleidungswerke Brinkmann GmbH & Co. KG.
